We are proud to present the plans for the next leap in Tromsø's most spectacular attraction. Fjellheisen 2.0 is set to open by summer 2025, and will be a brand new landmark in the Arctic. Offering a range of must-see sights, activities, and a breathtaking view of Tromsø.

The breathtaking exterior is mirrored by an even more impressive interior. Large windows surround the building, inviting the natural landscape inside while shielding you from the Arctic winter. Enjoy the comfort of our fireplace and indulge in the flavours of our restaurant and café.

The new Arctic Skywalk will be the next big attraction in the Arctic region. Stretching over the steep mountain drop, this will be a must-see landmark for everyone visiting Tromsø. A true «Insta-spot»!

In collaboration with Tromsø municipality, we're undertaking a significant upgrade of the outdoor surroundings. A comprehensive upgrade of pathways and viewpoints will enhance the safety for those visiting the mountain. Universally designed, the new outdoor areas will ensure a much better experience for everyone and anyone.

An important part of the Fjellheisen 2.0 Project, is our ambition to make it a truly unique venue for all types of activities and events. With our outdoor seating areas and comprehensive infrastructure, we're equipped to host everything from intimate gatherings to memorable concerts. This makes Fjellheisen the perfect place to create lifelong memories.

New Fjellheisen is for everyone visiting the mountain, and takes the necessary amenities into consideration. Our improved facilities include upgraded restrooms, a cozy indoor shelter in the basement, and much more. Our aim is to ensure the safety and comfort of every traveler and to provide the necessary conveniences for a pleasant visit to Fjellheisen.

The ground floor of the new Fjellheisen will include 2 delicious dining options; a restaurant and a café, alongside the most spectacular view of Tromsø. Sit in the warm comfort, and enjoy local cuisine and beverages, while you marvel at the Northern Lights or the Midnight Sun. After, you can step outside and experience the Arctic Skybridge.

The top floor of Fjellheisen is equipped with all essentials for hosting an unforgettable event. With a total capacity of over 300 people, we can accommodate everything from small meetings to large events. Our facilities include 2 large conference halls (approx. 140 pax each), and 2 board rooms (each seating 20 pax). These rooms can be combined to create a larger space (50 pax). Every room boasts a stunning view, providing an ideal backdrop for both business and pleasure.
